Solar Panel Bird Guard Mesh Material Options
BirdGuardMesh separates the three buyer material paths clearly so procurement teams do not confuse coated steel, coated stainless and bare stainless mesh.
Three material paths
| PVC-coated steel wire mesh | Steel wire mesh with PVC coating. This is the common black coated mesh wording buyers often use for solar panel bird guard mesh. |

| PVC-coated stainless steel wire mesh | Stainless steel wire mesh with PVC coating. Use this wording when the buyer wants a stainless base wire and a black coated finish. |
| 304 stainless steel wire mesh without PVC coating | Bare 304 stainless steel wire mesh. Use this wording when the buyer wants stainless material without PVC coating. |
How to write the RFQ
- Do not write only “steel mesh” if stainless or PVC coating matters.
- State whether the mesh needs PVC coating.
- State whether the base wire must be stainless steel.
- State whether 304 stainless steel without PVC coating is required.
- Confirm mesh height and roll length together with the material path.
